Privacy policy

This policy covers estimate requests sent through https://jsconstructiontx.com. JS Construction & Remodeling uses that information to reply about a remodeling project. We do not sell personal information.

What the form collects

Name, phone, email, ZIP or neighborhood, project type, timeline, and whatever you choose to write in the message. If you leave the hidden company-website field filled in, we treat the submission as spam and do not store it as a lead.

Why we collect it

To decide whether we can take the project, to contact you, and to keep a record of the inquiry while the conversation is active. The checkbox on the form is the consent for that contact.

Where it goes

The form posts to /api/lead on this website. Depending on how the site is configured, a submission may be emailed, sent to a webhook, stored in a private key-value record, or, on a preview deploy with no delivery configured, written to the server log. We do not put your message on a public page.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process the connection, including an IP address, to deliver the page and to limit repeated form posts. We use that rate limit to slow spam. We do not add your IP address to the estimate email.

How long we keep it

Long enough to respond and to keep a project record. If a private store is enabled, entries are kept for up to 18 months unless we delete them sooner. Server logs follow the host’s retention.

Children

This site is for homeowners and businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Asking about your request

To ask what we hold, or to ask us to delete an inquiry, send the estimate form again and say “privacy request” in the message, with the email you used the first time. You can also call 888-555-1300.
