Kitchens
A kitchen in Highland Park or anywhere else in Dallas–Fort Worth has to live with the rooms around it. We scope the walls and the plumbing before anyone prices a fantasy layout.
What the scope usually covers
- Layout changes that keep the dining room and the rest of the plan in proportion
- Cabinets, counters, tile, lighting, and appliance openings
- Plumbing and electrical coordinated with what is already in the house
- A written list of included work, excluded work, and items that depend on your selections
Older kitchens, including Park Cities houses, often hide plaster, brick, and supply lines a photo will not show. The walkthrough is where that gets named, before a number is treated as final.
If the job needs an architect, a structural engineer, or a city review, we say so early. We do not smooth that over to win the work.
